Beautiful mountain views from rooms added to our experience.

Unfortunately, there was a lack of attention to cleanliness . The dining experience left much to be desired, with limited options available at breakfast that didn't meet the hotel's five-star standard.

The hotel staff were attentive, the gourmet meals at dinner were of the highest quality.

The shuttle service was annoyingly slow, causing delays that impacted our ability to hit the slopes on time.

Lots of options, amazing food...

The food was fine! The room was absolutely fantastic and impressive with a great view, heated lockers for skis, for example, had everything we wanted. Location: the hotel was near the two gondolas Giggijoch, great slopes and varied terrain, and the day's activities and the friendly and professional attention received from all members of Das Central's "Team ".

Delicious surprises at breakfast

Waking up each morning to the aroma of freshly baked goods was a highlight of our stay! The staff were pretty good with their warm service and hospitality.

The only setback was the lack of variety during breakfast, on a busy weekend, some items like pastries were missing early in the morning, a bit disappointing for a five-star hotel.

Our family loved the unique kids' club, where our little ones enjoyed friendly supervision during their playful adventures. Breakfast featured a generous selection of local delicacies, while dinner was a good surprise with expertly prepared dishes. Don't miss out on the rejuvenating spa experience!

The shared areas were beautifully decorated, inviting atmosphere that was easily accessible, making it enjoyable for seniors like myself to relax and navigate without any hassle .

The hotel has excellent facilities, including a spa and a children's club with a playroom. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding glaciers and deep snow slopes. The convenient ski shuttle made our days on the slopes easy. The food was great, with attentive staff ensuring everything we needed was covered.

This hotel offers a separate bedroom along with great facilities like an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The charming bar area impressed with its inviting atmosphere. Enjoyed the generous food offerings, especially dinner, though the absence of air conditioning made the nights slightly uncomfortable. A lovely experience in a beautiful location!

The friendly staff made sure we felt at home, especially with the complimentary welcome drink. The amazing views from our Junior Suite added magic to our mornings. The wellness area was an very nice retreat after a long day on the slopes, especially with the invigorating treatments available. Dining was a delight, with a Gourmet restaurant where every meal was a culinary masterpiece. It was an lovely family vacation!

During peak times, some items were occasionally depleted, and the spa area, while excellent, felt overcrowded at certain hours, impacting the relaxation experience.
